Content: Advanced skills in assessment, project strategies, woodcare issues, principles for Move-out and Move-in Projects, stain recovery, Master Shower renovation, advanced Feng Shui principles of energy, time and task management and floor care/waxing principles

Required Prerequisites: successful completion of basic Bathroom Skills, Kitchen Skills and Detail Dusting Skills

Certification Privileges: promotion ($.75/hr raise), eligible to apply for Academy Faculty Training
